Responsibilities:

• • Work collaboratively with project managers & production team to gain in-depth understanding of project scope

• • Scope of work and tender documents and understand the exact requirement for the estimation • Prepare bill of material as per client requirements • Detailed costing of operations into discrete components such as welding

• material handling
• and manpower allocation
• • Create comprehensive and detailed cost estimates for each project phase
• ensuring alignment with project specifications and an overarching project budget that accounts for every aspect of the fabrication process
• • Collaborate with engineering teams to seamlessly integrate technical drawings and project plans into your cost estimation process
• ensuring alignment between technical requirements and budget projections
• • To reply to the technical queries raised by clients on the Quotations and if required revising the same
• • Create concise reports that communicate estimated costs

• and underlying assumptions to project stakeholders
• Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• • 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Fabrication
• Oil & Gas Industry
• Pressure Vessels
• Heat Exchangers
• • Experience with costing tools and various manufacturing processes
• • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• • Ability to read 2D and 3D drawings (CAD experience is a must)
