Responsibilities:

• and finance to ensure smooth procurement processes • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and market trends • Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for goods and services as needed • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to reduce procurement costs Requirements • Bachelor's degree in engineering
• supply chain management
• or a related field • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in working with the sourcing department • Strong design (DFM) and negotiation skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Results-driven
• with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to travel as required • Should communicate fluently in Hindi
