We are looking for a Business Head Castings
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B manufacturing sector, with a
focus on casting and forging, targeting overseas customers.
Develop and implement strategies to enter and expand in international markets, with a
primary emphasis on North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies to expand our reach and increase market share.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product
development, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development
initiatives.
Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, and share relevant insights with
the team
.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
.
Proven experience in B2B business development, with a strong track record of driving
growth and securing new business.
Knowledge of the casting manufacturing industry and its trends and dynamics.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong
relationships with clients and stakeholders
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to travel as require.
